Dr. Justin Fowler is an evidence-based Sports Chiropractor utilizing the most up to date research and manual therapy techniques. He holds a Baccalaureate degree with honours in Kinesiology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. J practiced in the heart of downtown Toronto for 6 years, in which he successfully owned and operated his own clinic prior to making the move to London.
Originally from Corner Brook, Newfoundland, he participated in numerous sports growing up and went on to compete in basketball at the collegiate level. He has clinical experience treating a vast spectrum of athletes- ranging from the weekend warrior, to the professional athlete (NBA, NHL, CFL, MLS). He is most known for his work as the personal doctor to Toronto Raptors NBA Champion, Serge Ibaka, in which Dr. J was Ibaka’s personal Chiropractor for his entire tenure in Toronto including travelling with him during playoffs.
Dr. J is a contributing author to a peer- reviewed academic-journal, with published work in the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association (JCCA) on the topic of sport-related concussions titled “The Utility of the King-Devick test as a sideline assessment tool for sport-related concussions- A Narrative Review”.
Dr. J utilizes a diversified chiropractic technique and addresses the root cause of dysfunction and pain, rather than merely addressing the symptoms. He has a firm belief that building an excellent doctor-patient relationship and working together is crucial in achieving optimal success. Dr. Veronica Lui graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with Cum Laude and Clinic Honours. Prior to attending CMCC, Dr. Veronica obtained an Honours Specialization degree in Health Science from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Veronica has furthered her skills in chiropractic by becoming certified in clinical acupuncture, the Webster Technique and Integrated Therapeutics ™. She has also taken the McGill Method course and is a member of the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association. Dr. Veronica practiced in the GTA for 6 years before moving back to London to open Crew Clinic.
Dr. Veronica has a passion in healing others through manual therapy and exercises. Her interests in health and the human anatomy have led her to develop treatment plans that treat the root of the problem, rather than only the symptoms.
Dr. Veronica’s treatments are built upon evidence-based care, which include manual diversified chiropractic adjustments/mobilizations, soft-tissue therapy, clinical acupuncture with or without electro-therapy, dry-needling, fascial release therapy, rehabilitative exercises and custom orthotics.
Dr. Veronica will work with each patient to customize treatment plans that best suit the individual. She has experience treating pre/post natal women and the paediatric population. She has experience treating children and adolescents in competitive jiu jitsu, gymnastics, and dance.
The goal of each treatment will be to reduce pain, to improve movement and function of the body, and to promote a healthy lifestyle through rehabilitation exercises.

Originally from London, Ontario, Nichole has been massaging since 2005. She attended Western University for Kinesiology and D’Arcy Lane for Massage Therapy. Her career has always been in clinical/medical practice with a specialty in sports specific preventative treatment and injury care. She also specializes in prenatal massage. Nichole has her Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and also is a guest lecturer at Fanshawe College in the Massage Therapy program for Health & Wellness and Business programs.
Over her career, she has worked at a National and International level of sport including the Vancouver Winter Olympics and several winter and summer games within Canada.
Nichole has worked with athletes at all levels, fitness enthusiast to professional (NBA, NHL, CFL, OHL, Varsity and Olympic athletes) With a background in competitive sport, Nichole has competed in provincial level rugby, CrossFit and currently competes in Olympic Weightlifting on an international level.

Stephanie Reischl is a physiotherapist and registered massage therapist (RMT). With 12 years of post-secondary education, she has engaged in multiple disciplines that give her a unique perspective on how the body works. She completed a Bachelor degree in Neuroscience and Master of Applied Health Sciences in Kinesiology at Brock finishing top in her class. In 2019 she started her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences, specializing in Physical Therapy, at Western University. Her research focuses on early intervention strategies for wrist fractures that start during the casting period, rather than waiting until impairments from disuse develop from the casting. The aim of this research is to provide treatment options to optimize outcomes after wrist fractures and facilitate recovery. She completed her PhD in 2024 and has since presented her research at numerous conferences globally (Madrid, London (UK), and Hawaii).
In 2019 she also started at the Ontario College of Health and Technology where she received a Diploma in Massage Therapy. In 2021 she started the Master of Physical Therapy at Western University and graduated in 2023. She has worked clinically as a RMT since completing her licensing in 2021 and gaining experience in physiotherapy treatment over the last two years. She has experience treating a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions in acute stages (including post-operative neck, shoulder, back, hip and knee conditions) and chronic stages of injury. She integrates hands on techniques, education, and exercise programs to optimize outcomes and prevent future impairments. She takes a collaborative approach with patients to building a treatment program that works for their lifestyle, and addresses their goals, while building confidence in their ability to manage their symptoms. Ultimately her goal is to prevent the progression of conditions and aims for complete resolution of symptoms to improve quality of life for patients.
She believes in living an active lifestyle so when she isn’t engaging in continuing education, conducting research, or treating patients she is in the gym or engaging in physical activity outside with her family, friends, and dogs!
